Rory Dodd - Feels Like Home
Переглядів 1,2 тис.2 роки тому
A very moving performance last evening, Rory Dodd, accompanied by Rob Phillips on keyboard. It was a real treat to hear him sing, and he brought it all with this final song of the evening. A great night of entertainment at Hometown Hideaway, located just outside Port Dover with the 3 Martinis. A room filled with talent. I did what I could do with cell phone video and audio in a low-light room. ...

Chicks

I've been watching a Killdeer nest outside my office window on the roof for almost a month now. Yesterday 3 chicks hatched. It's been entertaining watching the mother try to keep them all in the nest...

Cashew Yellowtail ?-2021
Переглядів 763 роки тому
According to Google, where I store my pictures, I've taken just over 2000 pictures of Cashew in the 3 years we've had him. Narrowing down all those pictures to the ones that can tell his story is no small feat. I did the best I could with the 2 and a half minutes of one of my favorite Fred Eaglesmith's songs, "He's a good dog". I fear I left a lot out, but these are my favorites. I hope you lik...

A rope serving machine I built using a foot controlled sewing machine motor and some laser cut gears. Works well.
Building the Brig Corsair - Part 1
Переглядів 12 тис.4 роки тому
For the last couple years, on and off, I've been working away at a model ship kit. The kit, the "Corsair" is a Brigantine 16 gunner not based on any particular ship, but a basic representation of a tall ship of the era. I chose this kit specifically for that reason as it's only the second such model I've built and I didn't want to get too wrapped up in accurately duplicating the original, rathe...

A tribute to my furry little friend who I lost January 19, 2018. I adopted him ten years earlier and was lucky to have the time with him I did. He will be missed.,,,
those were the days, love it because I'm in it :)
That’s so mean. Omggg. It reminds me of this video with a guy, a cockroach/water-bug, and a torch.. was not expecting that smh. 😮🤦♀️😅😂😞😢🙏 RIP
I was sitting here wondering why there were so many dislikes and then my soul almost left my body
Coisa Linda...
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I still prefer Kadee's thank you very much, I wouldn't use ''sergents'' if you paid me.
Ill always know him as Tex and Rex's singing voice.
Where did you get that row boat? I like yours much more than the metal one that comes with the kit. If you can remember where you got it I would appreciate it. Thanks.
Sad they took those silo's down recently
Tim I’ve stumbled across your video. I’m very proud to say that Frank Dubery is my great uncle, moving to Canada after WW2! It pains me to learn they don’t presently have a venue. Best regards, Rob Dubery (England)
1 trillion more where that one came from.
😂😂😂😂😂😂
So i'm building this ship too, but I didn't have those cannon wheels or the wooden windows. Did you laser cut those yourself?
I love this performance. Thanks for recording and sharing it with us.
"Turn around, bright eyes!" - Classic. Greetings from Brazil!
drop some wd40
The greatest singer, live, singing. What's not to love. Stunningly brilliant
Honestly I thought you were going to shoot it
Any update on the scale model? The blog seems uncontinued?
Awwww, such a wholesome vide.....Ah nevermind.
Lol I don't care who you are that's funny rite there. Arm a get her done
Love it😂🤣🤣🤣
HO scale, .. :(
I don't find this funny or entertaining at all. I am pleasantly watching this beautiful creature and then you kill it, a stupid useless ending to what was a good illustration of how a cricket makes sound. Get a life.
Rorys mother was the best music teacher at pdcs
Thank you Tim for uploading this wonderful video. I've been a Rory fan since 1983, with the Bonnie Tyler record, and Jim Steinman's Bad for Good. I've always wondered if Rory was too low profile, or he was definitely too selfish to deprive us of an album of his own, so I could have had it in my vinyl record collection. Well, everyone makes their own decisions. Greetings from Chile, at the end of the world.....
Best video ever!!!!🤣
I'm from da bronx,,,an sorry for asking why is this terminal so popular..
It's criminal he was never as big as he should have been.
I commend you for estimating the solder joints.
Nice…I’m originally from Harlem. This is the second time ever seeing that bridge open with the first being a relatively recent stock MTA photo
I see my old building across the Harlem River, nice lol
Great piece of NYC railroad history
This is nice, never seen it modeled👌🏾 I’m from Harlem but live in the Midwest now. When I’m back I’m going check what’s left over there.
Work on the tobacco farm 11 years ago quite town
You need to return to Waterford and photograph the silos again, now that they have all been painted with murals.
Unfortunately as of a couple months ago, those silos are gone 😞
Nice👌🏾that track work, wow
Boa noite amigo, muito bom seu torno, teria como fazer um vídeo mostrando as tabelas de roscas dele?

That was unnecessary
Amazing trackwork and operation.....!
